Hi. My name is Rapunzel. Don’t ask how I got it…I have no idea. I’m told that the fairytale version was of royal lineage who didn’t know she was a princess…so maybe that’s me after all! I am six years old with a lot of love left to give and somehow made my way to a shelter. Someone adopted me, but it was not a good match at all. So, I bounced back, and the shelter asked Homeward Bound to help me find the RIGHT home because they know how careful this place is about matchmaking. I am a very calm and easy, well-mannered girl who is OK with like-minded dogs. I am actually a little afraid of the cat here (he is a bit of a bully, truth be told!)…but I may be OK with a nice kitty. And I think I would be good with kids who are a little bit older. I am super friendly and affectionate – a typical Golden girl who just wants to be by your side and loved on. I may be a princess in disguise…but I’m no diva. I am a grateful girl who would just like a home that’s quiet and stable with people who make lasting promises, so I don’t find myself abandoned again.
