Hi everyone! I am Kato. I am an active, two-year-old athletic boy who adores his people and spending time with you. Unfortunately, someone forgot to check with the landlord so I find myself here looking for a new hoe. I am always up for play, training, and adventures – and then curling up in your lap for loves. I lived in a home and have excellent house manners. Sorry…I am definitely not a fan of cats, but I think human playmates ages 10+ would be great fun! I am what they call “dog-selective” around here. It means I am very choosy about my friends (mostly gentle girls) and prefer to pick my playmates in my own time and way. So I am best as the only dog in the home. Because I am unsure about the intentions of other dogs (especially in-your-face male dogs), I am looking for sturdy people to guide me and not force dog encounters. I am grateful to Homeward Bound for all their care, but I am hoping to leave all these other dogs behind and find the loving home where I can relax and be the happy dog, affectionate dog I am inside.
