Hi! My name is Stormy and I am the quintessential “Gentle & Dainty” girl! I came to Homeward Bound when my mom could no longer care for me. But she raised me well. My mom thought I wasn’t potty trained…turns out I had a satchel full of bladder stone rolling around in me! Homeward Bound took care of that and guess what…no more potty problems! I have been at foster where I have proven my excellent house manners. I am easy to manage, and walk well on leash. I am also well-socialized to other dogs. My mom was with me almost all the time, so that is what I am used to and hoping to find in my new home. I am a joy and a comfort, but my person is my joy and comfort, too! You should know that – despite my name – I really don’t like storms. I’m hoping you don’t live in one of those places with thunderstorms. I would be great with kids, and perhaps a kitty with a proper introduction. I never had another dog companion, but I think it would help a lot with my loneliness when you are away. If you’re looking for an easy companion and you’re a homebody like me, ask for Stormy! I’m looking for you!
