Hi everyone. I’m Sally! You may have read about me on social media. I’m one year and eight months old with great energy, a love of dogs and kids, a passion for play and first-class snuggling skills when the day is done. Oh…I also have kidney disease. That’s what the Doc said. I don’t know what it means and I don’t care. I am of the belief that all of us should live every day to the fullest, checking off our bucket list because we never know how many days we have. For me and my kidney thing, it could be weeks, months, or years. Who knows? I just want to have fun! I love water and swimming, can play fetch for hours, I’m great in the car which means I am always up for an adventure! I’m crate-trained and attended puppy class and some basic obedience lessons. Around here, they call me their playgroup rock star! I’m in search of people with strong hearts who think like me about living a rich, full life every day while we can. Homeward Bound says I can be part of their Permanent Foster program – that means that if you live within 50 miles, they will take care of all my medical and special food needs for life. I am OK for kids with strong hearts, too – but not for kitties. We have different ideas of what’s fun! What do you say? Let’s break outta this place and get on with living!
