Hi everyone…I’m Phoebe! I’ve been told that I am a one-year-old puppy…guilty as charged! Through a series of unfortunate events, I ended up with people who didn’t have a lot of experience raising puppies. So, if you are one of them…stop reading now and move on to one of those more grown-up dogs! However, if you know that puppies require supervision, lots of activity, training!!!!, patience, and love…well…forge ahead! I’m absolutely adorable, love people, and love to cuddle. I am house-trained and crate-trained but let me be clear…I don’t want to sit in a crate all day thank you very much. I am good with other dogs and would love a dog companion or two to show me the way and help me get my zoomies out. I TRY to walk well on leash, but I still pull. Oh…and I get so excited that I have a tendency to levitate (that means jump!). So you need to be sturdy people until I am better at controlling these things. I know Sit…but that’s about it. We can start from scratch. I DO need adult supervision, which is why I am at foster right now working on these things. I think one of those stay-at-home or work-from-home people would be ideal for me. Adventure people? Runners? Sign me up! Kitties? I like them, but I come on a little strong. They need to be dog-smart cats, and we’ll need to have very gradual introductions. Kids? I have lived with them and think they are awesome. Like human puppies! But they need to be big and sturdy too (see above training needs!). Still with me? That’s because you know what puppies need and you have the time, energy, and patience to help me become the best grown-up version of myself. Swipe right…we’re a match! Come and get me!
