Hi. I’m pretty Hannah and I have been in the doghouse. Not for anything my one-year-old self has done, mind you. But because that’s where I was required to live….outside. I am yet another of those young pups that someone picked out as an adorable puppy, not realizing I would grow up into an actual dog! When I got big, I got to be too much for my person to manage. So, here I am – at Homeward Bound – out of the doghouse and in search of my next, best, chapter. The people here believe that dogs belong in the home as real members of the family. I think that sounds wonderful! I will have some catching up to do on house manners, but I am smart and willing to learn. I still have a lot of puppy energy, so I need sturdy people who will invest time in training me. I actually love being with other nice dogs, so if you have one that can show me the way, I think I will pick up on all the skills needed even quicker! My previous person said I may be OK with cats, and I would love some sturdy kids to help me get my zoomies out. I am a happy, outgoing girl with great energy and think that adventuring with a family would be amazing! And at the end of a long, fun-filled day, I am looking forward to curling up on a warm bed…inside with my people! Sound good to you? Come and get me!
