  • Like all puppies – needs daily exercise, consistent training, and lots of love!

Hi everyone! I am Miss Luna! I am a little over four months of age and a BIG girl already! I am 50% Golden Retriever, 45% Great Pyrenees, and 5% “Other!” My first people purchased me thinking I was 100% Golden; when they realized their “oops,” I got to come to Homeward Bound. It was lucky for me! I was kind of scared when I first got here, so I have been hanging out with my foster and her two dogs – one is just like me! There, I have worked on my confidence, learned about potty training, found out that crates are safe places, water is GREAT!, walking well on treats earns treats, and that I shouldn’t use my puppy teeth! I’m still very much a puppy, so I do require adult supervision…but I have seen what a canine good citizen looks like once I complete my education. Having another dog as a role model would be great for me, and I think older, bigger kids would be fun and help me get my puppy zoomies out. I enjoy being with you, snuggling, and soaking up pets when I’m worn out (the Golden in me), but am also quite happy to go off by myself to nap and relax (the Great Pyrenees in me). I will need twice daily exercise and people committed to my upbringing through training, consistency, and lots of love!
