You may remember seeing me on Facebook as part of the dogs who traveled here from Las Vegas. I was the one masquerading as a pure Golden Retriever! In fact, I am part Golden and part Cocker Spaniel…you know – one of those designer dogs. And just like an old pair of designer shoes, I got thrown to the curb! Thankfully, Homeward Bound said I could come along. I’ve been hanging out at a foster home where I have aced all the house stuff and get an A+ for being a super sweet and affectionate boy. I may be nine-years-old but I have a lot of spunk and love to play ball and swim. Swimming is really good for my joints which tend not to like too many stairs. I’m an ideal companion – not too big and a total Velcro dog following you around. I’m good on walks and love to cuddle or lay by your feet. I’m good with other nice dogs, have met and liked kids, and they even think I would be OK with kitties as long as we are properly introduced. I can be a little shy when I first met you but before long, I will be in your lap! I don’t take up a lot of room in the home, but I will undoubtedly fill your heart! I’m ready to start our life together!
