I am a two-year-old boy and the first thing you should know is that I am not an easy-peasy boy. I grew up thinking I was large and in charge. I felt it was my job to take care of my people and no one was going to get past me! The people here say that I have come a long way since I arrived, so I believe there is hope for me. I just need a strong, dog-savvy person who can be my special person and help guide me.

According to my evaluation, I am not suitable for other dogs, cats, or young children. I know that really limits my options, but I know there is someone out there who understands the heart of a special dog like me and is willing to be my person. My former mom said I genuinely love the people I choose. I just need to learn how to choose more people to become the fun loving, affectionate dog I long to be. She was very protective to keep me from making a mistake and getting myself in trouble. But I think it’s time for a reset – giving up being in charge and learning how to trust other people.
