Hi! My name is Sunny and I have come a long way to meet you! Things are changing in my homeland (Korea)…but not for a couple more years. It’s progress, but I was lucky enough to get out now…grateful to my rescuers and to Homeward Bound for saving me. I am five years old and a very sweet girl who loves nothing more than to be as close to you as possible! I’m friendly and happy to meet new people and other dogs. I never had toys before, and I am not anxious to share them with other pups now that I have discovered them! For that reason, I should be the only dog in the home – but we can meet up with other dogs as long as toys are not part of our play. Training was never expected of me, so I am a blank slate on that front – but not hard to manage. I will happily go to school on anything you want me to learn, including improvements in my leash walking. You’ll notice that I have a funny hiccup in my step…like a permanent prance. The dog doc says it’s nothing that needs fixing…it’s just who I am – and it doesn’t slow me down one bit! I’m an active, playful girl who loves her newfound freedom. Fill my days with exercise, training, and play – and I will fill yours with love!
